WeCom Application Visible Range

Overview

Following WeCom's pricing model update, enterprises must purchase interface license fees based on the number of members within an application's visible range. Administrators can optimize costs by adjusting the visible range of CaoLiao QR Code application in WeCom backend to include only essential members.

Operation Process

To be performed by WeCom administrators via either desktop or mobile workbench.

1. Desktop Workbench

Step 1: Log in to 【WeCom Admin Console】- 【Application Management】, locate 【CaoLiao QR Code】 application.

Step 2: Modify visible range and view member count.

2. Mobile Workbench

Step 1: Navigate to 【Workbench】-【Enterprise Management】-【Application Management】-【Third-party Apps】-【CaoLiao QR Code】.

Step 2: Check visible range member count and make adjustments.
