Our company has affixed product label QR codes on all equipment and instruction manuals leaving the factory. These display product specifications, manufacturing dates, and other information, serving as a unique machine code for each product and as an entry point for future maintenance electronic forms. Customers can scan the code to independently fill in repair request information, and we can view the data in the management backend, improving the efficiency of after-sales processing.
Previously, every time product specification labels changed, we had to reprint them. It is recommended to add a process for bulk QR codes generation or bulk information updates, such as a specialized program capable of generating tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or even millions of codes at once, with a fee module for bulk processing.
In bulk operations, enable quick categorization and labeling to handle invalid or supplementary codes generated during actual coding.
For managing production batch numbers of bulk products, develop a dedicated association tool.
