3.1 Is the template free to use? ​

Basic Version (780 RMB/year): Removes the CaoLiao logo, supports audio, video, and dynamic video backgrounds, allows purchasing an independent Mini Program

3.2 How to handle check-in after registration? ​

Answer: You can follow these steps:

  1. Enable the verification feature to generate a registration credential QR code for users.
  2. On the event day, participants present the credential QR code for staff to scan to complete check-in.
  3. View the list of attendees and non-attendees in real-time in the workbench.

3.3 How to review registration information or screen applicants? ​

Answer: You can enable the review feature to screen registration data and reject applicants who do not meet the criteria.

3.4 Can users be guided to join a group or add a WeChat contact after registration? ​

3.5 If a registration form has multiple event sessions, can the maximum number of participants be limited per session? ​

Answer: Currently, it is not supported to set separate participant limits for different options within the same registration form.
