"Please scan our QR code, leaders," Bai Xuefeng, operational manager of Hongsibao Third Pumping Station, enthusiastically demonstrated during leadership inspections. "This reveals all technical parameters of each equipment unit instantly."
Following the modernization of Hongsibao Pumping Stations 1-5, the automation level reached new heights. Real-time operational data including motor performance, pump status, butterfly valve conditions, water levels, flow rates, load parameters, temperature readings, and vibration metrics are now digitally recorded and automatically stored. Building on this foundation, the management department established an electronic equipment database using QR code technology, embedding comprehensive information such as performance specifications, maintenance records, inspection alerts, and operational status into dynamic QR codes. This created a traceable, real-time updatable, open-access digital management platform.
These QR codes serve as digital IDs for electromechanical equipment. Station operators unanimously praise the system: "A simple scan reveals complete equipment history and maintenance records without manual documentation searches, significantly improving efficiency." The compact QR codes encapsulate all critical information for each pumping unit, playing a vital role in advancing intelligent facility management and standardized operational procedures.
