Using QR code technology for team personnel information management provides clear visibility into basic team member details, job responsibilities, certification status, personal honors, and awards. The database also includes information on political studies, technical training, and safety training, eliminating the need for paper-based training forms and reducing the risk of loss, thereby facilitating management. Team members also use their mobile phones during breaks to record meeting minutes and upload them in real time, simplifying information queries and streamlining internal team tasks, paving the way for "paperless office" practices with innovative approaches.
Currently, through continuous improvement and refinement, this initiative has effectively enhanced work quality and information transmission efficiency and is set to be fully promoted across the Power Transmission Management Office. Plans are underway to extend the use of QR codes to safety helmets, safety tool models, equipment ownership systems, and tower information, significantly advancing comprehensive team management.
