02 Simple 3-Step Configuration ​

CaoLiao QR Codes: Paperless Inspections, Giving Equipment an "ID Card" ​

First, search in the CaoLiao QR Codes template library. Use the corresponding templates for fire extinguishers, alarms, and fire hydrants: "Fire Extinguisher Management-DataFocus," "Alarm Management-DataFocus," and "Fire Hydrant Management-DataFocus" to create QR codes. These templates already include forms for equipment inspection, maintenance, and fault reporting. You can also modify the templates according to your needs.

  1. Search: Look up the "Fire Hydrant Management-DataFocus" template in the template library.
  2. Save: Save it to your account.
  3. View: Review the template and generate the QR code.

Add basic equipment information according to the template, such as "ID," "Location," "Responsible Person," etc. Supports bulk addition of information via Excel upload or online form filling. Each fire facility's QR code acts as its "electronic record." After printing and attaching the code to the equipment, use a mobile phone to scan and view basic facility details and historical data.

In Tencent HiFlow Scenario Connector, create a new workflow, add the "CaoLiao QR Codes" application, and set the trigger condition to "When new form data is submitted." Proceed with the relevant configurations. In the "Configuration" interface, right-click to copy the automatically generated "webhook address."

  3. Configuration: Copy the webhook address.

Configure the copied webhook address in the CaoLiao backend under Data API settings.

  2. Configuration: Name it as desired, enter the copied webhook address in the URL field.
  3. Configuration: Select the "Fire Hydrant Inspection" form.

After setup, be sure to simulate submitting one inspection form. After submission, return to the Tencent HiFlow Scenario Connector workflow editor and perform "Test and Preview." Save after a successful test.

Next, select the "DataFocus" application, choose "Query Data Table," select "Custom," and enter the table name "Fire Hydrant Inspection."
