Scanning QR Codes to Report Student Temperature Data, Facilitating Easy Setup of Visual Dashboards

Our institute currently has over 500 graduate students. According to the school's epidemic prevention and control requirements, students must perform daily temperature self-checks and submit their temperature data twice a day: once during the morning check (6:00-9:00) and once during the noon check (12:00-14:00). This data must be reported to the school daily. Previously, we used Tencent Docs forms for statistics, which ultimately generated an Excel sheet. However, due to the large number of students, the statistical process was time-consuming and labor-intensive, with a heavy workload. On average, it took 2 hours daily to sort out missed checks, and students with abnormal temperatures had to be filtered out along with those on leave. With tight deadlines and heavy tasks, we designed a system with the help of the CaoLiao QR Code platform in just 2 days. This reduced the workload and made statistics more timely and accurate, achieving the following functions:
- CaoLiao QR Code allows setting submission within specified time frames; temperatures cannot be submitted after the deadline, matching the application scenario.
- Utilizing CaoLiao QR Code's data push function, other visualization tools can easily build visual systems, speeding up development.
- Additionally, a leave request form was designed to exclude students on leave, reducing the workload.

Results from Usage:
- Comprehensive Features. Although CaoLiao QR Code primarily focuses on QR codes, its form design and collection features are more complete than those of specialized form collection providers.
- Rapid Development. The well-designed backend allows for quick setup of a functional platform, accelerating development.
- The Data Push Function is Impressive. The robust data push feature enables CaoLiao QR Code to integrate seamlessly with self-built systems, achieving perfect fusion.
