Scan QR Codes to Report Student Body Temperature Data and Build Visual Reports with Ease

Our institution currently has over 500 graduate students. According to epidemic prevention requirements, students need to self-measure and submit body temperature data twice daily - once during morning checks (6:00-9:00) and once during noon checks (12:00-14:00), with daily reporting to the school. Previously, we used Tencent Docs forms for statistics collection, which generated an Excel spreadsheet. However, due to the large number of students, the statistical process was time-consuming and labor-intensive, requiring approximately 2 hours daily to sort out missed checks and exclude students with abnormal temperatures or approved leave.
With the assistance of CaoLiao QR Code Platform, we developed a system within 2 days that significantly reduced workload and improved statistical accuracy. The system achieves:
