Using QR Codes to Implement Real-Name Registration and Attendance Systems for Construction Site Personnel

This article explains how QR codes can be used for scenarios such as personnel access registration, attendance tracking, real-name management of workers at large municipal construction sites, material distribution records, safety education briefings, and complaint feedback.

Getting Started with CaoLiao

During the COVID-19 outbreak, our company was tasked with constructing Huoshenshan Hospital and multiple temporary hospitals in Wuhan. I was fortunate to participate in these projects. By mid-March, as government authorities required resumption of work, we faced a dual challenge: implementing pandemic prevention measures and preparing for the upcoming "Real-Name Management" policy set to take effect in May.

During implementation, we discovered that the platform could solve not only pandemic-related registration issues but also streamline real-name management for migrant workers.
