Hard Hat QR Codes: Implementing Safety Production in Detail

"Scanning" has transformed our lives. From small purchases like groceries to large ones like buying a house, scanning to pay has become the mainstream payment method. Scanning to view information is also ubiquitous in our daily lives. Even at construction sites, QR codes are frequently used. Today, we will discuss the application of QR codes on hard hats.
At first glance, this hard hat looks no different from an ordinary one, but the QR code attached to it is particularly eye-catching. "Beep... Look, check out my safety certificate," exclaimed project employees as soon as they received their new hard hats, scanning the实名卡 (real-name card) with WeChat and discussing it enthusiastically. They remarked, "We’ve only heard about real-name systems for train tickets before, but this is the first time we’ve seen it for hard hats. We’ll never dare to misplace our hard hats carelessly again."
New project, new atmosphere! To implement project safety management in detail, the Caofeidian Comprehensive Utility Tunnel Project has adopted信息化手段 (information technology), issuing实名信息卡 (real-name information cards) for hard hats, similar to ID cards. Each hard hat is assigned a unique number and managed under a实名管理 (real-name management) system.
The QR code on the hard hat contains the safety records of every individual entering the site. Safety status can be instantly verified with a simple scan. Leveraging网络信息技术 (network information technology), the hard hat's "ID card" integrates information such as the wearer’s name, position, safety training, and certification status into the实名信息卡 (real-name information card). It even thoughtfully includes "Safety Guidelines for Entering the Construction Site" at the end.
The project has always adhered to the principles of comprehensively strengthening the foundation of enterprise safety work while continuously innovating. Issuing "ID cards" for hard hats is yet another concrete example of the project’s attention to detail in safety production management.
Moving forward, the project department will further utilize信息化手段 (information technology) to build a project safety management platform. This platform will integrate safety education and training, safety material management, epidemic prevention and control, safety risk分级管控 (graded management and control), and hidden hazard investigation, maximizing the functionality of this new technology and achieving a significant leap in project safety production management.
