Generating Visitor Registration QR Codes for External Personnel

The current pandemic situation remains complex and severe. While balancing epidemic prevention and economic development, we not only need collective determination but also wisdom to aid the "battle against the pandemic."

To reduce physical contact and facilitate the management and retention of data, the Yushe North Toll Station on the Taiyuan–Changzhi Expressway utilized WeCom and the CaoLiao QR code platform to generate visitor registration QR codes for external personnel. Unlike previous QR codes, visitors can now upload screenshots of their travel history code and health code in addition to providing necessary identity information. After registration, the information is automatically pushed to office staff, enabling real-time queries via the mobile workbench and automatic data analysis. Each submission can be exported in PDF format through the desktop workbench, and all information can also be exported as an Excel spreadsheet, with the two code images automatically saved as links within the spreadsheet. This dual-mode approach not only makes data clear and accessible but also ensures traceability.
Information technology is a crucial tool for epidemic prevention and control during the pandemic. By leveraging modern methods to enhance epidemic control, improve work efficiency, and advance station management, the Yushe North Toll Station continues to explore and progress on this path.
