We implemented a QR code-based unmanned warehouse management system using CaoLiao QR codes to replace paper-based records for tracking large volumes of incoming and outgoing items. The core concept is "one-item-one-code" management, where each item category has dedicated QR codes to record access information, with centralized data aggregation. Below is our implementation process:

Preparation:

  1. Complete full inventory check with physical verification
  2. Prepare digital inventory ledger containing item name, specifications, and stock quantity
  3. Implement 5S management standards
  4. Equip warehouse with:
    • Color printer
    • Internet-connected computer
    • Workstation
    • A4 adhesive label paper
  5. Set up two transfer shelves using existing racks
  6. Ensure 200% camera coverage without blind spots
  7. Install access control system

Inbound Management:
