Equipment Inspection Tags
The project implements "equipment inspection tags" on each device. By scanning the QR code with WeChat, users can immediately check whether the equipment is operating normally and view its historical inspection records.

Distribution Box Inspection Tags
The project places "distribution box inspection tags" on each electrical distribution box. Scanning the QR code with WeChat provides comprehensive information including: box number, type, location, responsible person, contact number, current operational status, historical inspection records, and relevant regulatory documents.

Electricians and project managers record inspection findings during temporary electricity management. They document violations such as unauthorized wiring connections and multiple machines connected to single circuits, while promoting immediate on-site corrections. Photos can be directly uploaded (with anti-tampering features enabled), and identified issues require prompt resolution with follow-up documentation, effectively eliminating potential electrical hazards and ensuring continuous safe operation of temporary power systems.

By generating unique QR codes for each mechanical equipment and distribution box at the construction site (one code per device, one code per box), the project achieves paperless safety inspection recording. This approach makes equipment safety management more convenient by extending functionality beyond PC use to mobile devices.
