Smart Fire Inspection Management System User Manual

Current fire facility inspections predominantly use paper-based checklists for daily patrols, which present the following issues:

  1. Handwritten records on paper checklists are often irregular and illegible. Prolonged storage leads to moisture damage and mold growth, making long-term archiving difficult.
  2. Inspectors frequently miss equipment during patrols (especially fire extinguishers and hydrants), with occasional overdue inspections. The system cannot effectively remind personnel about upcoming inspection deadlines.
  3. Large quantities of fire facilities (224 indoor fire hydrants and 376 fire extinguisher cabinets totaling 600 units) make manual result verification time-consuming. Comprehensive monthly inspections and three-tier audits are challenging to implement.
  4. Complex defect reporting processes and inability to track real-time maintenance records when equipment malfunctions.
  5. No fundamental solution to prevent fraudulent or overdue inspections.

Responding to the group company's new safety management requirements, Fengyuan Phase II project team proactively established this intelligent fire inspection management system using additive thinking + mobile internet + cloud technology, achieving full digitalization and intelligent fire safety management.

Implementation Measures:

  1. Implement unique QR code management for all fire facilities. Each equipment QR code contains proprietary information including:
    • Name and location
    • Model and specifications
    • Responsible personnel and contact details
    • Inspection content and records
    • Maintenance history

Operational Guide:

  1. The management system is embedded in WeChat Mini Program. Notifications are distributed through WeChat, while managers can also receive alerts via SMS.

  2. Inspectors perform on-site checks and scan the equipment QR code using WeChat "Scan" to access the main interface for recording inspections:

  1. Complete predefined inspection items through checklist selection. When abnormalities are detected:
    • Submit photos with descriptions
    • System automatically marks equipment status as "Abnormal"
