Method 1: Apply via Payment Success Page
For payments via WeChat or Alipay, click [Apply for invoice] on the payment completion page.
Method 2: Apply via Workbench
Log in to CaoLiao Workbench, navigate to Settings > Order List > Apply for invoice, select the invoice type, and fill in required details.

1. Invoice Delivery Time, Courier, and Fees
- Electronic Invoice: Delivered to your email within
10 minutes. Download from Account Info > Order List > My Invoices. - Ordinary/VAT Special Invoices: Shipped within
3 business daysvia ZTO Express. Track status and tracking number on the invoice application page. - First shipment is free. Return/reshipment fees are borne by the responsible party.
2. When Can I Apply After Payment?
Apply via Settings > Account Info > Order List > Apply for invoice after account activation. Applications expire 6 months post-activation.
3. Can I Reissue an Invoice with Errors?
- Electronic invoices can be reapplied for via My Invoices.
- For paper invoice errors, contact customer support.
4. What If I Lose an Invoice?
We provide photocopies of invoice accounting duplicates.
5. How to Verify Invoice Authenticity?
- Scope: Invoices issued via Ningbo State Taxation Bureau’s system (excludes VAT invoices managed by national systems).
- VAT Inquiries: Use the National VAT Invoice Verification Platform.
- Verification Timing: Available 24 hours after issuance (allow 1 extra day for system sync).
