While epidemic prevention and control efforts in the island city are progressing in an orderly manner, the "Epidemic Prevention Stories on Buses" campaign for collecting heartwarming anti-epidemic stories has been launched on the Tunnel Bus Route 8 of Warm Bus. Passengers are invited to share small, interesting, touching, or healing stories related to epidemic prevention that have occurred recently on buses.

On the 21st, if you took the Tunnel Bus Route 8, you would have noticed a QR code prominently displayed next to the driver's cabin. Passengers boarding the bus could scan the QR code to share their own small stories from the epidemic prevention period while riding the bus, or read stories shared by others.

Among the many messages, one stood out in particular—a message from Zhao Hongli, a driver on Tunnel Bus Route 8. "Reading everyone's messages, I felt particularly warm-hearted, so I wanted to share a touching story from my own experience," Zhao Hongli said. It turned out that in recent days, an elderly woman had been waiting for him at the Dawangang Road bus stop. When the bus arrived, she wouldn't board but would instead throw a pack of masks to him before leaving. This heartwarming gesture happened several times, and Zhao Hongli noticed that the woman was a regular passenger on Tunnel Bus Route 8. On one occasion, she had left a handbag on the bus containing a wallet, cash, and other valuables. Zhao Hongli found the bag, contacted her, and returned it. This act of kindness had stayed with her, leading to her current gesture of "giving masks." In addition to this, there were many other heartwarming messages: "The aunt and the driver are both so lovely," "The story is so touching," "This is what they call 'persistence pays off'!"

Once the QR code for story collection was posted, it attracted a large number of passengers to scan it. Some browsed through stories left by others, some left supportive comments under the stories, and others shared their own experiences... Through this method, passengers were able to read these heartwarming anti-epidemic stories that took place on buses, feeling the unity and determination of both drivers and passengers to fight the epidemic together.
