Recently, the Network Information Department has completed the lightweight QR code inspection functionality, and the fire equipment inspection system is now live! By combining "Mini Program + QR Code," comprehensive inspections of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and other firefighting equipment are achieved.

Previously, the Network Information Department collaborated with the Administrative Security Department to verify the data records of firefighting equipment, ensuring the accuracy of the records. The Network Information Department completed the creation of QR codes for 166 fire extinguishers and 62 fire hydrants.

The fire equipment inspection targets locations such as workshop floors and office areas, using QR codes as the "digital ID" for the equipment. Scanning the code allows users to view equipment parameters, relevant responsible departments, and personnel, add inspection records, and identify equipment prone to hazards or defects based on the records. This makes the inspection process more efficient and standardized. The operational and maintenance status of the equipment recorded through scanning forms a comprehensive maintenance archive.

Using the "Mini Program + QR Code" approach for fire equipment inspection reduces costs and simplifies operations. It is an effective means for Aerospace Elec-Tech to leverage informatization to drive new progress in the company's digital management.
