In accordance with the requirements of the group company's documents, the company's equipment department is currently actively advancing the first phase of the equipment QR code identification work. This initiative aims to further enhance the intelligent safety management level of on-site equipment and effectively improve the work efficiency of operational and maintenance personnel. The overall work is divided into three phases. The first phase involves implementing QR code identification for all 6KV and above equipment, as well as major 380V equipment, with completion scheduled by the end of this year.

Currently, IT personnel are making full use of QR code editing software for repeated testing, ultimately achieving functions such as data entry and storage. First, equipment data collected and provided by various department heads is manually entered entry by entry, categorized by specialty, after verification by IT staff. The entered content includes information such as the name, number, parameters, operation, and maintenance of the equipment involved in the production site. This product allows for online addition, deletion, and modification of relevant information.
With the joint cooperation of various department heads and IT personnel, each entered piece of equipment has been assigned an independent QR code. These QR codes are then organized, printed, cut, laminated, and finally distributed to the relevant personnel for attachment to the corresponding equipment. So far, data provided by the steam turbine, boiler, electrical, and desulfurization departments has been entered, resulting in the generation of 80 equipment QR codes. The first phase of the work is ongoing.

Management personnel, operational staff, and maintenance personnel from various departments can use the "Scan" function in WeChat to immediately display the equipment's relevant information on their mobile phones. This gives these previously "silent" electrical equipment intelligent attributes, providing them with their own "electronic ID cards." At the same time, it reduces the need for verifying equipment parameters, searching for manuals, and other steps, making usage more convenient and efficient. The second and third phases of the work will follow closely. This initiative will further enhance the精细化 (refined) management level of equipment and effectively prevent unsafe incidents.
