Original: https://cli.im/article/detail/2153

On July 1, 2023, the HJ1276-2022 Technical Specifications for Setting Hazardous Waste Identification Marks formulated by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment officially took effect. Relevant units must set hazardous waste identification marks according to regulations, explicitly requiring new version labels to include digital identification codes and QR codes to achieve "one code per item" management of hazardous waste. Many users in the CaoLiao community have requested standardized templates for new version hazardous waste labels. After evaluating the requirements, our product team promptly developed a series of compliant label designs and hazardous waste label templates that support bulk QR code generation through Excel data import.

Creation Methods

Currently offering 2 types of bulk generation methods:

1. Template-based Bulk Generation

The template library now includes "Hazardous Waste Label" templates. Simply upload or fill in detailed waste information to bulk generate QR code-containing labels with predefined layouts. Scanned codes display waste name, category, collection unit, precautions, etc.

Note: Search the template library using keywords to find more user-shared templates. Modify templates to add forms, status tracking, etc., for building simple waste management systems.

2. Custom Bulk Label Generation

For organizations with existing management systems, export basic waste information (code content, name, category, code, form, main components) and import Excel files to generate labels using selected designs:

Note: Labels for storage, utilization, and treatment facilities are under development. Currently, generate QR codes separately and affix them to existing signage.
