1. On-site QR code scanning and information submission ​

  • Autofill: Visitors only need to complete the form once. Subsequent visits will autofill previously entered information, saving time.

2. Security verification using access credentials ​

Credentials display: Visitor name, affiliated organization, credential ID, and submission time for authenticity verification.

  • Daily resetting ID: Credential numbers reset daily from zero, enabling quick tracking of daily visitor counts.
  • Timestamp validation: Submission time helps verify whether registration was completed on-site.
