2. Deploy the QR Code ​

Download the generated QR code and print it as a sign in A3 or larger size, placing it in a prominent location at the entrance.

For outdoor environments, it is recommended to use materials with good weather resistance, such as PVC foam board, KT board, or aluminum board, which are waterproof and sun-resistant. If the registration code needs to be moved or its location changed frequently, consider using stand-up displays or portable poster stands.

Assign different management permissions to various members within the enterprise organization.

For example, set property management staff involved in administration as "advanced members," allowing them to view and export visitor data and manage visitor QR codes.
