1. Scope of Application ​

Scope of Application: This template is suitable for the borrow and return registration of individually managed high-value durable goods such as instruments, temporary access cards, and official seals. It replaces paper registration forms and can restrict re-borrowing until the item is returned.

Usage: One QR code per item. Scanning the code with WeChat allows viewing basic item information, recording borrow/return times, the person registering, reasons for borrowing, etc. Administrators can query and export detailed data in real-time from the workbench.

Borrow/return data needs to be exported for statistical analysis, or the data API feature can be used to integrate with third-party data analysis tools to achieve real-time inventory display.
