Core Features ​

  • Redirect Links: Connect existing material QR codes to the compilation page via redirect links. Click document names to view corresponding files.
  • Dynamic Content Updates: Modify files, images, and other content anytime during project phases while maintaining the same QR code pattern.

Setup Process ​

  1. Categorize Materials:
    Use pre-linked document library templates. Click [Modify Content] to edit categories based on actual project needs.

  2. Upload Files:
    Click [Replace Link] on the [View File] button, select [Modify and Use], then upload documents.

  3. Generate File QR Codes:
    Save uploaded files to create corresponding QR codes. Click [Confirm & Exit] to return to the library editor.

  4. Finalize Categories:
    Save changes to generate category management pages. Repeat for other categories, then click [Generate QR Code].

Usage Tips ​

  1. On-site Posting: Print QR codes using materials from Label Download & Printing.
  2. WeChat Sharing: Scan the QR code, tap ··· in the top-right corner, and forward to individuals/groups.
