5. Regular Inspections, Reminders Before Expiry

- Overdue reminders: Before the inspection is due, the system reminds the administrator via WeChat, statistics of equipment nearing expiry are provided, facilitating timely arrangement of personnel for maintenance.

- Exported as an Excel file for secondary processing, statistical analysis, and reporting locally;
- Downloaded as a PDF file, detailing single records or summarizing multiple records, facilitating printing and sharing.
