QR code labels can be installed using various fixation methods after printing. Choose the appropriate installation method based on actual requirements and environmental conditions:
Adhesive Fixation
The most convenient installation method for QR code labels. Simply peel off the backing paper and stick them in place. Different adhesive types are available:
- Self-adhesive/Droplet Plastic Labels use oil-based or water-based adhesives with moderate stickiness, suitable for indoor fixed assets, small equipment, and product labels.
- PVC Cards/Acrylic Panels support stronger 3M adhesives for immediate use.
- Aluminum/Stainless Steel materials can use 3M adhesive or stronger foam tape. Foam tape offers better adhesion and environmental adaptability but may leave more residue.
Note: Suitable for environments without strong fixation requirements or corrosive factors. For harsh environments (corrosive substances/no flat surfaces) or special fixation needs, choose other methods.

Rivet Fixation
Rivets connect components through pre-drilled holes via deformation. This method requires drilling holes in QR code plates and offers higher durability than adhesives, suitable for harsh environments.

Screw Fixation
Ideal for equipment with pre-existing screw holes. Ensure drill hole diameter matches screw diameter and hole spacing aligns with existing patterns. Allows easier plate replacement compared to rivets.
Strap Fixation
Suitable for environments where adhesives, screws, or rivets are impractical. Commonly used for municipal streetlight signs and pipeline markings.
Suspension with Pre-drilled Holes
Supports hanging QR code plates via pre-drilled holes, widely used for nursery plant tags, scenic spot signs, and personnel badges to facilitate replacement.
Production Line Printing
