Instructions

I. Problems Solved

1. Batch Upload of Acceptance Materials

After household acceptance is completed, there's no need to upload acceptance files one by one. Simply maintain the filenames of each household's acceptance materials in the specified format, then upload the entire folder at once. The system will automatically match by household number, easily completing the upload of large volumes of files.

2. Bulk QR Codes Generation

Eliminates the need to upload files individually for each household to create QR codes. Simply fill in the information for each QR code in the spreadsheet to generate all QR codes with one click. After generation, you can modify the QR code content or upload new files at any time.

3. Electronic File Management

No need to wait until all acceptance is complete to upload materials and generate QR codes. You can pre-generate QR codes for each household and supplement materials later. The system supports querying each household's acceptance material status by household number, facilitating checks for omissions and gaps.

4. Pre-designed Label Styles

No more hassle with designing and formatting QR code labels. We've pre-set template styles for you, supporting batch downloads of pre-formatted QR code labels, ready to send directly to the print shop.

II. Application Scenarios

1. Attachment to Acceptance Forms

In some regions, regulations require QR code labels to be attached to paper forms as part of the acceptance documentation.

2. On-site Placement Inside Households

It is recommended to place the one-code-per-household acceptance QR code on the interior side of the entry door. This prevents discovery by external personnel while allowing convenient scanning by homeowners. Additionally, placement on the door panel is less prone to detachment than on walls and leaves minimal traces upon later removal.

3. Sharing via WeChat to Homeowners

To enhance service quality, you can also share the QR code page with homeowners via WeChat before their acceptance, allowing them to preview the household acceptance status in advance.

III. Setup Process

As the required household acceptance items and resulting documentation vary by region, this template uses the "Chengdu Residential Engineering Quality Household Acceptance Guide (2022 Edition)" as an example. Other regions can adjust accordingly based on local standards.

Step 1: Prepare Household Acceptance Materials

Archive the required materials by household number. It is recommended to place the same type of materials in one folder, with filenames named by household number for subsequent batch uploading.

Step 2: Modify Template Content

This template is primarily suitable for bulk generation of one-code-per-household electronic archive QR codes for household acceptance. It is recommended to modify the bulk template before generating codes.

After entering the modification page, replace the project aerial view with your project's aerial view; update the project's basic information (construction unit, supervision unit, etc.) with your project's information.

Modify the company contact information and project address with your project's details. You can also delete this information if you prefer not to provide it. Click [Save Template] upon completion.

Step 3: Generate QR Codes Using the Template

Select the code generation method and follow the tutorial below to batch upload acceptance materials:

  • Using [Online Form Filling for Code Generation]:

Fill in the project name, household number, and floor area per household in the table. The last two filename columns will auto-populate and are used to match each household's acceptance materials during batch file upload.

Click the [Batch Upload] button in each file column, select the corresponding materials folder, and batch upload the acceptance materials. For a detailed tutorial, see: Bulk Generate Image or File QR Codes

After completing the upload, click [Generate QR Codes] in the upper right corner of the page to finish bulk QR code generation.

IV. Usage Recommendations

  • QR Codes for attachment to paper acceptance forms: It is recommended to choose a standard style, with materials preferably PVC adhesive or matte silver adhesive.
  • QR Codes for placement inside entry doors: It is recommended to use the label style preset in the template, with materials such as PVC hard cards or acrylic.

V. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I upload files progressively while household acceptance is still ongoing?

Yes, you can pre-generate QR codes for each household at the start of the acceptance process. As the process advances, gradually supplement and upload the acceptance materials to the corresponding QR codes, ensuring the materials for each household are always up-to-date.

The system also supports quickly finding the corresponding QR code by household number, facilitating file uploads.

2. What if the acceptance material requirements in my area differ from the template?

You can adjust the template content based on the standards of your project's region when modifying the bulk template to ensure compliance with local household acceptance requirements.

3. How should public area acceptance files be handled?

For public acceptance files pertaining to each floor or the entire project, if they need to be provided to homeowners, they can be uploaded to the corresponding QR codes. If not required, you can also create separate file QR codes to store these electronic archives. Reference template: Engineering Document File QR Code Template
