With the company's differentiated development and the diversification of project types, the difficulty of managing mechanical equipment has continuously increased. In line with the group's equipment management requirements, particularly the enhanced control over special equipment, and adhering to the principles of "maximizing production assurance, minimizing operating costs, minimizing safety risks, and normalizing innovation and value addition," the company's Mechanical Equipment Department has leveraged the development of QR code technology and the widespread use of smartphones. By pooling collective efforts and wisdom, and through coordinated actions at all levels, they have integrated QR code recognition technology with mobile internet technology to introduce special equipment management.

The "QR Code" for special equipment utilizes QR code input technology to achieve informatized management of equipment processes such as entry, management, maintenance, and inspection. In special equipment management, project teams input information such as equipment product certificates, nameplates, installation and dismantling plans, safety technical disclosure records, acceptance records, and inspection and maintenance records into QR codes, replacing traditional paper documents. This not only reduces costs but also facilitates easier retrieval and review. On-site managers can simply use their mobile phones to "scan" and view relevant equipment information. Company managers, from anywhere, can open the special equipment management ledger and "scan" to immediately access equipment-related details, making equipment management more intuitive and unified.
