Planning of EHS Information Management System and Implementation with QR Codes

Original article: https://cli.im/article/detail/1821

I'm Zhou Jianming, Head of EHS Supervision Department at Shenzhen China Resources Jiuxin Pharmaceutical, with over a decade of experience in safety management and certified as National Intermediate Safety Engineer. Invited by CaoLiao, I'm sharing insights on establishing EHS Information Management Systems with industry peers.

Establishing an EHS Information Management System aims to address corporate EHS management challenges - resolving issues like ineffective supervision, lack of professional capabilities, and insufficient implementation. This requires decomposing management system elements into actionable QR codes, embedding regulations, technical expertise, and operational methods within these QR code systems.

Through scanning codes, frontline employees can fulfill their EHS responsibilities by accessing training materials and completing assigned tasks. The system enables statistical analysis of operational data to evaluate corporate EHS risk levels, implementing the national safety principle of "Safety First, Prevention Priority, Comprehensive Governance".
