Due to differences in the performance of various A4 laser printers and environmental conditions, the printing results for die-cut stickers may vary. The following are several factors that can easily affect the printing outcome of die-cut stickers.

Printer Type ​

The type of printer can affect the printing results of die-cut stickers. It is recommended to use a laser A4 printer for printing; inkjet printers are not recommended (you can check the printer type on the printer's label).

Page Scaling Settings ​

When printing, set the page scaling to 【Actual Size】 or 【100%】. If this is not set, issues such as incorrect print scaling or misaligned content may occur.

Paper Type Settings ​

When printing, set the paper type to 【Label Paper】 or 【Heavyweight Paper】.

Ink Cartridge Level ​

Before printing, ensure that the printer's ink cartridge has sufficient remaining ink. If the ink level is low, issues such as color shifts or missing print content may occur.

Why does the print not align with the die-cut lines?

  • Please download the corresponding die-cut sticker print file from the download page. Different label sizes correspond to different layout specifications of die-cut stickers; do not mix them. If the file is correct, check whether the page scaling is set to 100% or actual size, confirm that a laser printer is being used, and if the issue persists after verification, try adjusting the print margins.

Why does the printed content rub off easily?

  • Please confirm whether the printer being used is a laser printer. Due to their working principles, inkjet printers are not suitable for printing die-cut stickers. Why does the die-cut paper get stuck inside the printer?

Why does the printed color differ from the preview on the webpage?

  • Due to differences in printer performance and color modes, some color deviation between the printed labels and the page preview is normal. Please ensure that the printer's ink cartridge has sufficient remaining ink.

Is a color printer necessary for printing?

  • Die-cut stickers support printing with both color laser printers and black-and-white laser printers. If you have a color printer, you can print colored QR code labels. If you only have a black-and-white printer, it is recommended to set the label to a black-and-white style before printing for the best results.

Can die-cut stickers be laminated?

  • Since laminated stickers cannot be printed using household A4 printers, die-cut stickers do not support lamination.
