Hazard Reporting Scenario Application

Original: https://cli.im/article/detail/2111

1. Achieved Outcomes

By associating a QR code with a hazard reporting form and configuring the form settings, the following outcomes can be achieved in hazard reporting scenarios:

  • Report hazards anytime, simplifying the process
  • Promptly notify maintenance personnel to handle hazards
  • Track the entire rectification process for easy export and archiving
  • Monitor the progress of hazard resolution for timely follow-up

This approach is also adaptable for scenarios such as hazard rectification, fault reporting, and area inspections.

2. Reporting and Rectification Process

  • Inspectors identify hazards and fill out the hazard reporting form. The configured "notification feature" automatically alerts the maintenance team members.
  • Maintenance team members review the alerts and proceed with rectifying the identified hazards.
  • After rectification, they log the rectification details in the record's follow-up actions and update the hazard's status to "Rectified".
  • They can also use @mentions to notify management team members for verification of the repair results.

3. Follow-up Statistics and Tracking

  • View the complete process of each hazard report and its rectification in the dynamic data summary. Data can also be exported as PDF for archiving.
  • Check statistical results of the hazard resolution progress for the specific QR code in the dynamic data panel to facilitate timely follow-up.
