Now, when maintenance personnel requisition equipment, they scan the QR code of the designated area, fill in details such as name, model, quantity, and in/out records, and submit the information online. Once approved, the operation is automatically recorded in an online "running ledger," enabling real-time updates to the "equipment ledger."

Plugging Loopholes and Boosting Efficiency
Traditional spare parts management methods relied heavily on manual memory and data entry, which were time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to errors, resulting in low efficiency. With the implementation of "QR code electronic labeling," human interference is minimized, making the entire management process more standardized and transparent, thereby plugging potential loopholes in the requisition process. Since information such as storage locations and inventory quantities is clear at a glance, the time required to requisition spare parts is significantly reduced. The convenience and speed of this technology have quickly made it an indispensable "helper" for equipment managers, inspectors, and maintenance personnel. Over the past year of implementation, the average work efficiency of spare parts management personnel has increased by over 40%.
