To improve refined management and enhance the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance, the Jiayuguan Power II Operation Area has recently fully utilized internet information technology, focusing on promoting the use of QR codes in the management of power supply system equipment. This initiative aims to elevate the safety and reliability of the power supply system to a new level.

Addressing challenges such as the wide variety of equipment in the power supply system, extensive regional distribution, and numerous inspection and maintenance tasks for on-site personnel, the operation area has created equipment operation and maintenance QR codes based on equipment classification. These QR codes cover critical equipment such as rectifier transformers, rectifiers, filter compensation devices, and high-voltage switchgear.

The QR codes include information such as key technical parameters of the main equipment, primary components, risk factors and emergency response measures, inspection items and standards. This enables on-site personnel to access comprehensive equipment information by scanning the QR codes with their mobile phones during inspections and maintenance. By cross-referencing the information step by step, they ensure no issues are overlooked, thereby improving work efficiency and safeguarding both personnel and equipment safety.

Additionally, the operation area has developed QR codes for safety operation standards, on-site safety procedures, safety responsibilities, and temperature measurement registration, further supporting the secure and stable management of the power supply system.
