Scan QR Codes to Fill in Vehicle Travel Records, Easily Achieving Paperless Management

Previously, all our vehicle travel records were filled out on paper. Registering was time-consuming; sometimes, we couldn't even find a pen, making form-filling a hassle. Fuel consumption was unmanageable, and it was impossible to identify drivers responsible for traffic violations. At the end of each month, we had to re-enter everything into digital format, wasting both time and effort.

Now, each vehicle has a QR code. We can directly manage driving conditions, fuel usage, and scheduled maintenance through the backend. Violations are easily traceable, and maintenance logs are filled out electronically with standardized content. Data is digitized directly, achieving paperless operations. Some information no longer needs repeated entry, reducing manual data entry and boosting work efficiency.

Building an Information-Based Maintenance Platform for Rubber-Tired Vehicles, Enabling Quick Adoption Without Employee Training

We have implemented QR codes on over 100 explosion-proof rubber-tired vehicles to replace the previous paper-based system. This allows daily inspections, maintenance, and other information to be directly compiled into a vehicle inspection summary report, which is highly convenient. The rollout of QR codes proceeded very smoothly. Compared to other software, CaoLiao is much easier to use. Our staff quickly adapted to it with minimal training, and implementation was rapid.
