In 2022, under the shadow of the pandemic, industrial brand marketing strategies heavily reliant on offline exhibitions have been severely impacted. Industrial customers are increasingly adopting digital and diversified methods to access information, no longer passively relying on sales representatives' offline introductions. This presents new challenges for industrial brands in terms of marketing approaches, content quality, and organizational collaboration models.
"Digital transformation of marketing content for industrial brands" is no longer a question of "whether to do it" but rather a mandatory task of "how to do it well." We interviewed 179 mid-to-senior-level managers from medium and large manufacturing enterprises: 99% of them believe the digital trend is unstoppable, while over 87% feel their companies' content digitalization levels still need improvement.
Content digitalization in manufacturing requires systematic knowledge that balances both technical and contextual understanding, as well as more pioneers to deeply explore and actively share their experiences. To this end, we have compiled this report.
