Leveraging CaoLiao QR Codes to Launch a "Paperless + Cloud-Based" New Model for Epidemic Prevention Management

The No. 8 Project Group of Zhengzhou Cultural and Creative Park strictly implemented epidemic prevention requirements for work resumption and production resumption, leveraging CaoLiao QR codes to launch a "paperless + cloud-based" new model for epidemic prevention management.

Construction teams conducted online reporting of nucleic acid test reports, health codes, travel history codes, and return-to-work itineraries for frontline workers. Records were generated through cloud storage, and workers could only proceed with entry procedures after approval by project management personnel via online review. This approach ensured the completeness of procedures, achieved paperless and contactless operations, and maintained comprehensive, readily accessible backup records.

Utilizing information-based software and equipment for epidemic prevention and control management has become a crucial method for project epidemic prevention management. To date, the project has reviewed and approved 119 individuals, achieving 100% registration coverage, fully preparing for comprehensive work resumption and production resumption.
