Usage Instructions
1. Template Introduction
Brief description: By attaching a dedicated QR code to each fire extinguisher, the QR code serves as an electronic record, documenting the basic information of the fire safety equipment and all inspection and remediation activities. This helps you complete daily fire safety tasks more conveniently and compliantly.
- Inspectors: Use WeChat Scan, check inspection items, take on-site photos—no training required to get started.
- Managers: Use the data dashboard to see at a glance which fire safety equipment missed inspections or has abnormalities. Records can be exported to Excel for statistics or visual reporting.

If you want to understand the specific usage effects of the template, we have prepared a fire safety scenario application plan. For details, see: Fire Safety QR Code Application Plan
- Applicable Industries: Properties, shopping malls, office buildings, factories, parks, and various public places requiring fire extinguisher configuration.
- Reference Standards: GB50444-2008 "Code for Acceptance and Inspection of Building Fire Extinguisher Configuration", GB55036-2022 "General Code for Fire Protection Facilities", GA95-2015 "Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers"
2. Inspection Frequency
According to GB50444-2008 "Code for Acceptance and Inspection of Building Fire Extinguisher Configuration", the recommended fire extinguisher inspection frequency is:
- General premises should be inspected monthly;

If a fire extinguisher meeting repair criteria is found, it should be promptly sent to the manufacturer's maintenance department or its authorized maintenance agency for repair.
Note: According to GB55036-2022 "General Code for Fire Protection Facilities", Article 5.3.2 of GB50444-2008 regarding fire extinguisher maintenance periods has been abolished. Fire extinguishers no longer require annual inspections; they only need to be scrapped according to requirements.
4. Fire Extinguisher Scrapping
