Our company has innovatively experimented in four main areas: equipment maintenance reporting platform, hidden hazard investigation platform, quality supervision platform, and golden idea submissions. We used QR codes to establish an information management platform. A small QR code replaces building individual small platforms, efficiently and flexibly solving practical problems. We also conduct in-depth analysis and research on the information collected through the platform, such as spare parts usage statistics and equipment failure statistics.
