Usage Instructions
*The inspection registration form in this template includes specific fire inspection items for construction sites. The inspection registration form in the Regional Fire Inspection template contains general inspection items. The rest of the template content is consistent with the Regional Fire Inspection template.
Usage Recommendations
Scenario 1: Grid-based division of inspection areas with separate QR codes
From a fire safety management perspective, to more accurately record and track fire inspections in each area, you can generate QR codes in bulk for each zone. Managers can clearly understand the fire inspection status of each area, promptly identify and correct issues, ensuring overall site fire safety.
Scenario 2: Single QR code for the entire site
If the site is relatively small, you can generate a single QR code to manage fire inspections for the entire location. However, in this case, ensure the registration form records are detailed and accurate, clearly reflecting the inspection status of all areas.
Setup Tutorial
1. Confirm template content: Before use, verify the information in the template. Check if the inspection content meets your needs. If it differs from actual inspection requirements, select 【Modify Bulk Template】 to adjust the template content yourself.
2. Generate QR codes using the template:
- 2.1 For one QR code per area, select 【Bulk QR Codes Generation】, fill in different area locations to generate multiple QR codes with identical content but different locations.
- 2.2 For a single QR code for the entire site, select 【Single QR Code Generation】, enter the QR code editing page, adjust the content, and directly 【Generate QR Code】.
3. Download, print, and begin inspections: After generating the QR codes, select the desired label style. Labels can be downloaded and printed, posted on-site or distributed to inspectors. On-site scanning completes the inspection, and records are tamper-proof.
4. Administrator backend data management: Inspection data can be viewed both on the desktop and Mini Program. All records can be exported, missed inspections can be counted, and real-time viewing of normal and abnormal counts for fire inspections and regular check results is possible.
