Small QR Codes Greatly Enhance Quality Inspection Efficiency

To comprehensively carry out quality assessment and evaluation, strengthen quality process control, and gradually improve product quality, Chief Engineer Qin Xiaohao led the technical quality inspection team in conducting a unique technical quality inspection across various production lines in the factory.

To achieve efficient inspections, evidence-based evaluations, and real-time feedback, Ding Feng and Kang Zhi from the Technical Quality Department designed and implemented an integrated QR code system for quality inspection records. This effectively reduced potential information loss during data transmission, improved the timeliness of inspection feedback, and significantly enhanced the overall efficiency of inspection work.
At the inspection site, team members scanned the QR code labeled 【China Construction Science and Technology Hubei Co., Ltd. Quality Inspection Feedback】 to perform real-time, real-name operations such as photographing evidence, describing issues, and determining compliance with relevant standards for various types of components.


In our technical quality inspection work, we utilized QR code technology to enable data flow, achieving an efficient closed-loop process of inspection and feedback, laying a solid foundation for improving product quality. Moving forward, various technical quality inspection tasks will continue to explore new technologies and methods to enhance work efficiency and safeguard product quality.
