We have been using CaoLiao's forms feature to digitize various paper-based registration processes, enabling online form submissions via QR codes. While this significantly improves efficiency, the system's default PDF export format previously failed to meet our company's archival requirements, forcing us to perform secondary processing. Although QR code-based form submissions could verify task completion, they couldn't directly generate compliant archives.
The new custom PDF export feature resolves this challenge. By inserting field codes corresponding to form elements into our company's existing Word templates and uploading them through the forms settings, we can now export data in our standardized archival format. This powerful functionality streamlines our workflow.
