Recently, the Material Machinery Leasing Center has introduced equipment maintenance QR codes, enabling maintenance personnel and inspectors to access equipment operation status through QR code scanning.

The equipment maintenance QR code serves as a unique "ID card" assigned to each piece of equipment by project managers. Basic equipment information and maintenance records are uploaded into an electronic system to generate QR codes, which are then affixed to equipment exteriors for easy scanning.

This maintenance QR code system features four core functions:

1. Data storage
2. Equipment safety inspection
3. Maintenance record entry
4. Repair history tracking

Maintenance personnel can scan the QR code to access a dedicated Mini Program, where they can:

• Upload real-time equipment status photos with timestamp and geolocation watermarks
• Input detailed maintenance and service information

• Generate system-level operational summaries

The Leasing Center currently manages 68 equipment sets, with 61 actively in operation. All operational units now display maintenance QR codes.
