Problems Solved
1. Improved Disclosure Quality: When using traditional centralized briefing sessions for written disclosure, there is an issue where a single briefing is insufficient for complete understanding, leading to errors and rework during construction. By uploading disclosure materials to a QR code, construction personnel can scan the code anytime at the site to view the materials, ensuring workers accurately understand the design intent and grasp key construction techniques and quality requirements, thereby guaranteeing project quality.
2. Easy Material Updates: When design changes or incorrect material uploads occur, requiring supplementary disclosure, all content such as files and images on the generated QR code page can be updated at any time, while the QR code pattern remains unchanged. This ensures that construction personnel can access the latest project documents by scanning the same QR code.

3. Simple Creation: No need for professional technical personnel. Simply modify the template like using a PPT template to complete file uploads and page creation.
Application Scenarios
1. Post at Construction Sites: Print and post the QR codes at the project construction site. Construction personnel can scan the codes to view disclosure materials conveniently and quickly.
2. Share via WeChat: When new employees join, send the QR code page to their WeChat or group chats, enabling them to quickly grasp project information for efficient construction.

Setup Process
Step 1: Choose the QR code generation method: If you only need to generate one QR code, use [Single QR Code Generation]; if you need to generate a large number of QR codes with the same structure but different content at once (e.g., uploading disclosure files by category), use [Bulk QR Codes Generation] or modify a [Bulk Template] before generating.
Step 2: Modify the template content: For [Single QR Code Generation], edit the title, replace example files, and add/remove text content on the QR code editing page as needed, then click [Generate QR Code] to complete the creation. For [Bulk QR Codes Generation] or using a modified [Bulk Template], follow the tutorial in the article Bulk Generate Image or File QR Codes.
Usage Recommendations
- If posting at the production site, print and display the QR code pattern. Refer to: Label Download and Printing for printing materials.
- If sharing via WeChat, scan the completed QR code to open it, click the "···" in the top right corner, and select to forward it to individual employees or group chats.

Advanced Applications
1. File Read Registration
Files can be set to Enable File Read Registration. This feature automatically submits a sign-off record after someone scans and views the file, serving as proof of reading. It is useful for tracking who has viewed the file, such as in document management or technical disclosure acknowledgment scenarios, ensuring clear responsibility and traceability in document circulation. The recorded data can also be filtered, viewed, and exported from the backend.
2. File Preview Displaying Company Logo and Watermark
- Clear Responsibility: The page automatically displays the company logo, allowing viewers to immediately confirm the source of the materials, reducing the need for repeated verification.
- Enhanced Credibility: Disclosure materials with official logos appear more formal, facilitating quicker review and archiving by clients and supervisors.
- Controlled Risk: Diagonal watermarks can be overlaid; prompts remain visible even when screenshots are taken or files are forwarded, reducing the risk of data leakage and misuse.
