Scan QR Codes for Safety Checks Before Clocking Out

We are a food processing factory that primarily produces and processes seasonings. I had an idea for a while: to have employees check over 40 workshops in the company before clocking out to ensure safety. The main checks include whether lights are turned off, faucets are properly closed, and if there are any potential safety hazards. Additionally, the company has several vehicles, and drivers rotate daily. I wanted drivers to scan a QR code before using a vehicle to register their information, ensuring accountability in case of traffic violations. With this idea in mind, I searched online and discovered CaoLiao QR Code. Using this platform, I was able to bring my idea to life—and it’s free! It’s incredibly user-friendly, allowing even small ideas like mine to be implemented at no cost. Highly recommended!
I created over 40 QR codes and placed them on the doors of the company’s workshops to ensure employees scan them before leaving, checking water and electricity safety in all the rooms. I also placed QR codes inside the vehicles, requiring employees to register their details before using company cars. This makes it easy to identify who was driving in case of traffic violations and assign responsibility accordingly. Additionally, I placed QR codes on large equipment like air compressors for regular inspection and registration.

Overall, the experience has been great, but I do have a few suggestions. Our factory is located in one of China’s remote border cities, and most employees have zero proficiency in Chinese. We have to use Uyghur, but the platform currently doesn’t support minority languages. As a result, several of my QR codes are unusable because they include text in a minority language. I hope this can be improved in future updates.
