"It's incredibly convenient. Just scan the QR code in front of the service window with your phone, and you can immediately see all the materials required for the road transport permit application. Procedures like the transfer of ordinary road freight vehicles, allocation of ordinary road freight vehicles, and relocation (in or out) of ordinary road freight vehicles are all clearly listed. This allows people coming to handle business to understand all the required materials at a glance," said Mr. Zhang, who was applying for a road transport permit at the approval window of the Danzhou City Business Environment Construction Bureau on November 28th.

Since the launch of the second batch of thematic education activities, addressing issues such as businesses struggling to find service entry points, not knowing how to apply after finding them, and correcting application errors, the Danzhou City Business Environment Construction Bureau has continuously explored solutions based on practical needs. They independently built a management system using CaoLiao QR Codes and introduced a series of QR code guides for high-frequency services. These include guides for enterprise investment project filing, engineering enterprise investment project filing applications, and the issuance of online car-hailing transport permits. These QR codes are prominently displayed at relevant windows to facilitate public and business transactions.

"We use Word documents to input the materials required for relevant services into the 'CaoLiao QR Code' mini-program, which then generates the corresponding QR codes. By scanning these QR codes, the public and businesses can promptly understand the materials and procedures needed for their transactions, effectively resolving difficulties encountered during the process. Currently, we have successively introduced QR codes for road transport permit application materials, online car-hailing transport permit issuance application materials, distributed photovoltaic power generation project filing application guides, enterprise investment project re-filing application guides, engineering enterprise investment project filing application guides, road transport permit application procedures, and non-engineering enterprise investment project filing application guides," said Zhang Wenwen, head of the Fourth Approval Section of the Danzhou City Business Environment Construction Bureau.

Zhang Wenwen added that the QR codes also include staff WeChat contacts and phone numbers, allowing the public to contact staff at any time. Staff can remotely guide them through online applications via WeChat, eliminating the need for in-person visits and significantly saving time for both the public and businesses.

It is understood that this year, nearly ten thousand enterprise investment project filings, approximately 800 online car-hailing operation permits, and about 400 road freight vehicle allocations, relocations, and transfers have been processed, indicating a substantial volume of transactions. After the QR codes were publicized, the public and businesses only need to scan the service guide QR codes with their phones to quickly query and download the required application material lists, material templates, application procedures, approval processes, review points, and precautions. This comprehensively and meticulously addresses and resolves疑难问题 encountered during the application and review process.
