Recently, Yuejin Port has actively explored new models for applying information technology to safety management and introduced a "QR Code Inspection" mechanism, laying the foundation for further efforts to achieve annual safety goals.
To further enhance on-site safety management, improve work efficiency, and deepen hazard identification and safety inspections, based on Yuejin Port's "Duty and Shift System" and comprehensive assessments of on-site risk levels, the "QR Code Inspection" mechanism has identified 27 key control areas and 2 inspection routes, including major equipment operation stations and storage and transportation systems.
Inspectors can use the "Scan" function to report issues discovered during inspections in real time. For critical hazards, they can upload photos for intuitive documentation, check in with location tagging, and the data is directly transmitted to the management platform upon submission.

The "QR Code Inspection" mechanism has transformed the traditional inspection model, standardized inspection processes, improved inspection efficiency, and enabled intelligent management of inspections.

Once inspection information is uploaded to the backend database, QR code administrators can log in to the backend, export inspection data, and compile daily hazard reports for timely reporting and resolution. They can also perform data analysis across multiple dimensions, such as personnel, location, time, and frequency, to identify weak points in inspections, prioritize focus areas, and scientifically enhance safety management efficiency.
