Dynamic QR Codes Accelerate Nucleic Acid Testing Registration and Pandemic Prevention

To implement the "comprehensive testing without omission" requirement and enhance nucleic acid testing efficiency, Chaoyu Village in Gaojia Town recently innovated its workflow by adopting dynamic QR codes for collecting testing participant information. This approach addresses challenges such as vast coverage areas, dispersed population, and limited staff, enabling efficient real-time management.

The village's nucleic acid testing registration platform utilizes the CaoLiao QR Code platform to systematically generate dynamic QR codes for all 588 registered residents. These codes are integrated into physical/digital registration cards through computer and smartphone systems. Two versions (digital images and printed copies) are distributed to different population groups based on their needs.

After each testing session, residents present their QR code cards. Authorized staff scan the codes via WeChat to automatically record testing participation in real-time. The backend system exports daily scanned data as Excel files, which are cross-referenced with resident databases to identify untested individuals. Staff then follow up via phone calls, ensuring 100% testing coverage.
