Nucleic Acid Sampling Registration with Dynamic QR Codes Accelerates Epidemic Prevention

To implement the requirement of "testing all who should be tested, leaving no one behind" and improve the efficiency of nucleic acid testing in the area, Chao Yu Village in Gaojia Town recently took the initiative to innovate its working model by using QR codes to collect information from individuals undergoing nucleic acid sampling. This approach addressed the challenges of Chao Yu Village's vast geographical area, dispersed population, and limited number of cadres, enabling efficient, fast, real-time, and effective management.

The Chao Yu Village Nucleic Acid Testing Real-Name Information Registration Management Platform utilized the "CaoLiao QR Code" website to systematically generate dynamic QR codes for the existing 588 permanent residents. With the assistance of computer and smartphone operating systems, these dynamic QR codes were transformed into nucleic acid testing real-name information registration cards. To accommodate different groups, the registration forms were divided into two types: electronic images and printed images. The registration cards were precisely distributed to the permanent residents at home based on their respective groups.

After each nucleic acid sampling, villagers only need to present their nucleic acid testing real-name information card. Authorized staff can use WeChat's scan feature to read the embedded information in the villagers' nucleic acid testing information cards. The system automatically scans and records the villagers' information, with the scanned data updated in real time. Administrators can export the list of villagers who underwent nucleic acid sampling that day in Excel format using the system's export function. This list is then compared with the pre-embedded permanent resident information to identify individuals who have not been sampled that day. Staff follow up via phone calls to urge those who have not been sampled to do so promptly, effectively improving response efficiency and ensuring comprehensive and thorough nucleic acid testing coverage.
