Usage Instructions

1. Problems Solved

Traditional forklift inspection methods face the following issues:

  • Manual entries are prone to errors and potential data falsification.
  • Abnormal situations cannot be handled promptly.
  • Paper-based data is difficult to aggregate and analyze.

To address these challenges, we use QR codes to replace paper checklists, generating a unique QR code for each piece of equipment, achieving "one code per device."

  • Inspectors scan the code via WeChat to view device information, perform item-by-item checks, and take on-site photos to prevent missed or falsified inspections.
  • When inspection results are abnormal, the system automatically notifies the maintenance lead for timely response and resolution.
  • Inspection data is stored under the account, allowing managers to view, trace, and export data for analysis anytime via the workbench.

This template is suitable for forklift equipment at construction sites, workshops, factories, etc. Each forklift corresponds to one QR code, made into a label affixed to the vehicle. Scanning the code initiates the inspection.

2. Equipment Record Information, Accessible via Scan

One code per device; scan to view device information.

  • View device parameters and documentation: Inspectors can see basic device information after scanning.
  • Update operational status: Promptly update the operational status based on the device's condition.
  • Fill out the inspection form: Record inspection details item by item.
  • View inspection data for this device: Access historical inspection records and issues.

Note: If there are other items requiring documentation for the device, additional forms can be added. One QR code can link to multiple business forms, such as: inspection checklists, fault repair reports, equipment startup/shutdown logs, etc.

3. WeChat Scan to Fill Out, Recording Inspection Status

Inspectors use WeChat to scan the code and record the inspection status according to the predefined form specifications, checking items one by one. To prevent falsified inspections, we offer the following features:

  • On-site photos only: Ensures photo authenticity.
  • Photo watermarking: Automatically adds time, location, and other info to photos.
  • Location tracking: Records the inspection location.
  • Blockchain notarization: Protects data authenticity and prevents tampering.

Collected inspection data is displayed on the dynamic data panel, viewable by scanning the code. View Form Features

4. Handling Abnormal Situations, Recording Rectification Details

When inspection results are abnormal, the system automatically notifies maintenance personnel via WeChat.

  • Maintenance personnel, upon receiving the abnormal record, follow up promptly, fully documenting the entire repair and rectification process.
  • Acceptance personnel perform verification and confirmation to ensure the issue is resolved.

The entire process is recorded, facilitating later analysis and improvement. Learn about Scenario Description

5. Regular Inspections, Reminders Before Deadlines

As needed, create inspection and maintenance plans, such as monthly maintenance.

  • Inspectors can view inspection history and the next scheduled inspection time after scanning the code.
  • Administrators can view plan reports on their mobile devices to understand completion status.
  • Overdue reminders: Before an inspection is due, the system reminds administrators via WeChat, listing equipment nearing their deadlines for timely maintenance scheduling.
