Grassroots support personnel can scan the QR codes via WeChat to record daily assistance and visit logs. Relevant personnel can scan the codes to view household information and detailed assistance measures for supervision purposes.

Usage Recommendations ​

This template is free to use and remains valid long-term. The QR codes have no restrictions on the number of users or submission records. Data can be viewed in the workbench and exported for up to 180 days. In the free version, uploaded images are in standard definition and display the CaoLiao logo. For large-scale use with high-definition, watermark-free images, it is recommended to upgrade to the Basic edition or higher.
