Traditional inspection and patrol methods suffer from numerous issues such as inspection blind spots, low completion rates, easy loss of paper records, and delayed handling of hidden hazards. Based on the characteristics of the four buildings and operational types within the compound, Huali Company designed a spiral inspection route and established a total of 24 QR code check-in points at key locations. Inspection personnel follow the designated route, scan QR codes using their mobile phones, and document hazards discovered during inspections in real-time through text descriptions and photos. The system automatically generates work orders and pushes them to the responsible personnel at the inspection points. These personnel then implement corrective measures for the identified hazards and upload the actions taken along with supporting images to the QR code inspection system, forming a closed-loop management process.

Since its implementation in March, the QR code inspection system has achieved remarkable results. Inspection coverage has become comprehensive, eliminating missed or proxy inspections. Electronic records are fully preserved, and the closed-loop process for discovering and rectifying hidden hazards has improved by 200% compared to the traditional inspection model. Additionally, the response time for addressing hidden hazards has been significantly reduced, leading to a substantial increase in the efficiency of handling such issues.

In the next phase of work, Huali Company will further apply the QR code inspection system to fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and other firefighting equipment and facilities based on practical needs. This effort will deepen the "Year of Hidden Hazard Investigation and Management" initiative, comprehensively identify and manage various risks, and provide a safe and orderly business environment for Huali Company.
