After implementing QR code inspection technology, inspectors only need to scan the QR code labels set up on-site with their mobile phones to quickly obtain relevant equipment inspection standard information, update and query related data in real-time, upload videos and photos, and carry out precise and efficient inspection work.

They are mainly used for system function settings, inspection plan formulation, inspection route planning, inspection management, data analysis, defect reporting, and database management.
The inspection equipment primarily involves WeChat Mini Programs on mobile phones, which include functions such as task management and data collection. The system has gradually evolved into a large-scale system with wide distribution, diverse equipment types, and complex external environments. Compared to paper inspection forms and inspection methods requiring additional hardware purchases, using QR codes for inspections is lower in cost and very convenient to operate.
(1) Inspection Plan: For periodic inspection tasks, management personnel can view plan reports in the WeChat Mini Program: completion status on schedule and unfinished status.

(2) Equipment Status: The status dashboard can statistically track the number of normal and abnormal equipment in real-time. Management personnel can view the quantity, details, and change history of equipment in different statuses within the WeChat Mini Program. Custom equipment status groups and corresponding rules can be defined based on actual business needs.

(3) Data Export and Backend Analysis: Data can be exported for sorting and analysis, forming equipment utilization rate reports.
