To implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and promote high-quality development through digital innovation in water management, Longgui Branch has introduced an innovative QR code-based inspection system for refined equipment management.

The system, built using CaoLiao QR Code platform, integrates cloud storage with modular functional components and template solutions. It establishes "one-object-one-code" and "multi-purpose single code" applications to systematically manage equipment, fixed assets, inspections, and maintenance. The system achieves standardized inspection processes, timely fault reporting, systematic equipment maintenance, transparent spare parts management, and comprehensive data analysis. Currently piloted in the Water Area Team 2, the system has demonstrated significant operational improvements.

Digital "ID Tags" Enabling Zero-Safety-Accident Production

Two types of QR codes are implemented: equipment QR codes and non-equipment fault reporting QR codes.

Each equipment QR code follows the "one-object-one-code" principle, containing dynamic profiles that display:

  • Real-time operation status
  • Monthly cumulative inspection records
  • Annual maintenance history
  • Repair records with spare parts usage details This enables efficient spare parts procurement planning through automatically aggregated data.

The equipment QR code system features five functional modules:

When inspectors detect abnormalities, they initiate fault reports through the status recording module. The system automatically:

  • Updates equipment profiles
  • Sends real-time alerts to maintenance teams via WeChat Official Account
  • Enables closed-loop management through repair verification and data synchronization

Non-equipment fault reporting QR codes handle other operational issues, enabling collaborative tracking between inspection and maintenance teams.
