To implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote high-quality development, and deepen innovation in smart water management, Longgui Branch has intensified efforts in equipment refinement management and innovatively launched a QR code inspection system.

The QR code inspection system at Longgui Branch utilizes the CaoLiao QR Code platform. Leveraging its cloud storage system, the branch flexibly combines various functional components or applies ready-made templates to independently build one-code-per-object and one-code-for-multiple-tasks applications. This system integrates daily tasks such as equipment management, fixed asset management, equipment inspection, and equipment maintenance and repair in a systematic and data-driven manner. It achieves standardized inspection processes, timely fault reporting, systematic equipment maintenance, clear spare parts management, and comprehensive data analysis. Currently, the system is being piloted in the Second Shift of the Water Area at Longgui Branch and has achieved positive results.
Equipping with "ID Cards" to Achieve "Zero Accidents" in Safe Production
Two types of QR codes are currently being piloted: equipment QR codes and non-equipment fault reporting QR codes.

Equipment QR codes follow a one-code-per-object principle, with one QR code corresponding to one piece of equipment. Scanning the code displays the operational registration status of all equipment within the structure. Dynamic records are established for each piece of equipment, accumulating inspection records, maintenance records for the month, and annual maintenance records for the current year. Maintenance records also include statistics on spare parts used during repairs, facilitating subsequent procurement of equipment spare parts.

Equipment QR codes include five operational modules: Status Records, Maintenance Records, Service Records, Fixed Asset Inventory, and Spare Parts Registration. Information is collected through each maintenance and service registration, eliminating the need for separate summarization and statistics. If inspectors discover equipment abnormalities, they can enter and report them via the Status Records module. After an abnormal status is reported, the equipment's record content updates accordingly, and maintenance team members following the public platform receive push notifications about the equipment fault. Upon receiving the fault notification, maintenance personnel inspect and repair the equipment. After completion, they enter the details via the Maintenance Records module. Once filled out, the equipment status and dynamic records are synchronized and updated, allowing records to be viewed at any time and achieving closed-loop management.

Non-equipment fault reporting QR codes are used for reporting faults not related to the aforementioned equipment. These QR codes collect non-equipment faults recorded by inspection colleagues, with maintenance colleagues providing follow-up progress feedback.

By implementing QR code inspections, Longgui Branch has improved equipment inspection efficiency, saving human resources and time costs; enhanced equipment inspection quality, reducing missed inspections and false alarms; increased transparency in equipment operational status, strengthening data-driven decision-making capabilities; and improved equipment operational safety, lowering the probability of accidents.
Empowering Digitalization: Equipment Management Records "Fully Under Control"
During the pilot operation in the Second Shift of the Water Area at Longgui Branch, the process involved shift personnel identifying equipment abnormalities and filling out equipment status records. Maintenance personnel, upon receiving notifications, inspected and repaired the faulty equipment, then completed maintenance records, achieving closed-loop management for each piece of equipment.

The QR code inspection system not only facilitates maintenance personnel in confirming the operational status of all equipment within their jurisdiction but also enables inspection personnel to match objects with codes, completing the company's fixed asset inventory tasks during routine inspections. The system enables continuous operational statistics, quantifying equipment fault causes, fault frequency, and spare parts consumption, laying a solid foundation for subsequent mechanical equipment management, equipment renewal, and selection.

Longgui Branch will continue to refine the QR code management model based on current usage habits, explore the use of data statistics and analysis from QR codes to improve equipment management levels, and gradually promote the QR code inspection model for application in other shifts within the branch. By adopting informatization management measures, the branch aims to accelerate the achievement of its "smart" construction goals.
"Small grids" reflect "great governance," and "small systems" deliver "great convenience." Through technological empowerment and smart inspections, Longgui Branch will motivate employees to leverage their positions to drive innovation and efficiency, providing continuous momentum for the high-quality development of the water purification industry.
